Last week I celebrated my 26th birthday, and to commemorate the occasion, I decided to try and sum up life in a 12-song Muxtape. These are not my 12 favorite songs, and some are slightly embarrassing, but they all play a significant role in telling the story of my life. Stream it here.
8/7/82: The Story of My Life in 12 Songs

This is a great mix.
Fast Car would make it on my Muxtape of My Life...in fact I may have to steal this idea from you.
If you are allowed 12 songs for 26 years of life, then I believe I am allowed 765 for mine. Those are nice choices though.
That is a great mix! I really love that New Radicals song. I always hit repeat when it comes up on my iPod :O) Happy belated bday!
Oh man, "You Get What You Give," I love love loved that back in the day!
I'm glad we've gotten some positive responses to this one, and I suggest everyone try and make a similar mix. Glad people have fond memories of the New Radicals tune - I still think its a great song.
