Bruce Springsteen and Alejandro Escovedo - "Always a Friend" (live)

Bruce Springsteen recently released a charity EP on iTunes featuring four live performances from his Magic tour and their corresponding videos. The EP includes collaborations with Tom Morello and Roger McGuinn, as well as their final performance with late keyboardist Danny Federici. The Boss performed "Always a Friend" with Alejandro Escovedo in Houston. The song's original version appears on Escovedo's great new album, Real Animal. Escovedo - a musical troubadour who has always flown under the radar - is getting a good deal of press from Real Animal, including a feature in the latest Rolling Stone, while receiving positive reviews from Noise: SFBG and Pop Matters.
