Last night, I went to check out the God's Boat iTunes page and noticed two new negative reviews - and one looked just like some total hater sabotage. It kind of bummed me out but then I through my headphones on to listen to Kanye West's Graduation and that made me feel a lot better, as West's music always does. I particularly like "Good Life," featuring T-Pain; it's just a feel good anthem. I noticed this fan video for it on YouTube which I think is just totally brilliant. It should be the official video...
Tomorrow night, the Passionistas will be enforcing a strict "No Haters" code at their Edinburgh Castle show. Playing alongside the Passionistas will be Cryptacize - featuring Chris Cohen (formerly of Deerhoof and the Curtains), Nedelle Torrisi (also of the Curtains, and a solo artist whose From the Lion's Mouth was released on Kill Rock Stars), and Michael Carreira - who was discovered on YouTube in this video...
(Thanks for the info, Myles).
Opening the show will be High School - whose website I cannot find, but who I am told are awesome. The show is at the Edinburgh Castle at 950 Geary in San Francisco, and kicks off at 9PM. The bar serves fish and chips until 11 but please do not eat them in the stage area.

You are always going to get the odd hater, it's just the nature of being in the public eye. In fact, many would say that it is a sign of success.
I'd be curious to hear how the no haters policy will be enforced at the show. Does it involve the use of fish and chips at all?
