Today I woke up with a feeling of excitement. I opened up iTunes, searched "The Passionistas" and there it was ... God's Boat - our very first CD release - is now available. Really, it's been more than six months of work leading up to this date but we can really see it all starting to pay off. Like I said the other day, I'm filled with nervous anticipation ... maybe it's nervous excitement. There's still a great deal of uncertainty swirling around, and really it just won't be clear until the Passionistas hit the stage this Friday at Du Nord.
Meanwhile though, I've also been working on the rest of our shows for this summer. Details will emerge after Friday, but I have to tell you - I am very excited about what we have lined up for the future. It's a nice break from the stresses of the present to start thinking about the future.

Will, you don't talk enough about how retarded your band is. I think we need to emphasize that we're like, a little silly and ridiculous. Then again, maybe we do that well enough on our own.
